現(xiàn)代物理快報B (MPLB)為凝聚態(tài)物理、統(tǒng)計物理以及原子、分子和光學物理領(lǐng)域的重要和有用的研究成果的快速流通開辟了一條通道。重點放在當前感興趣的主題，如冷原子和分子，新的拓撲材料和相，和新的低維材料。該雜志還載有一個簡短的評論部分，目的是發(fā)表關(guān)于最新實驗結(jié)果和緊迫的新理論發(fā)展的簡短報告。

MODERN PHYSICS LETTERS B (MPLB) opens a channel for the fast circulation of important and useful research findings in Condensed Matter Physics, Statistical Physics, as well as Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics. A strong emphasis is placed on topics of current interest, such as cold atoms and molecules, new topological materials and phases, and novel low-dimensional materials. The journal also contains a Brief Reviews section with the purpose of publishing short reports on the latest experimental findings and urgent new theoretical developments.
